Following significant growth in the business and expansion of the management team, I am now focusing heavily on strategic initiatives on a part time basis to help support the business in its next stage of development. This primarily involves:* Leading on bolt-on acquisitions, sourcing, negotiating and executing to completion * Starting up new practices and business units for specialist technology areas to the point they can be handed into the broader management team * Influencing the Go To Market strategy for the business and aiding the development of supporting products and services * Developing the contractual framework to support the developments in the business as the services portfolio expands I also support the ongoing operations in terms of management mentoring and key customer engagements.
