I am very proud that I am a Co-Founder of Equal Employer and lucky to have created the business along with my wife Nina, and very good friend and now inspirational CEO and leader Adam Botterill.We set out with a goal to improve work place equality, creating a process, which ensures that every candidate is given the same opportunity throughout a hiring process and that candidates are employed based on the merit of being the best person for the role. We identified that it would be impossible to overhaul an existing organisations structure, and culture completely, however, we could influence what organisations look like in the future by affecting the input - their hiring and internal promotions.Equal Employer now has a robust process that eliminates 100% of bias in hiring and promoting.
