Works independently and daily with little or no supervision as a Real and Personal Property liaison to the Eastern Center, Executive Staff and associated ESA District and field facilities to include: Technical Operations, Engineering Services, and ATS North & South. Performs oversight on all of the personal property assigned to all the Cost Centers associated with the ESC/ESA, with the role of Personal Property Delegate. Uses electronic scanner to perform upload of personal property equipment and inventory property for ESC Group Managers. Communicates by telephone and email with Personal Property Officers and Custodians with regards to property records and inventory. Works with the National Wireless Program at the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK, to insure the proper turn-in of cellular and wireless devices. Performs shipping and receiving for personal property through gov’t mail and FEDEX express mail services. Uses the Automated Inventory Tracking System (AITS) database, to input, transfer, monitor, and establish inventory request for personal property assigned to the designated Cost Centers in the ESC/ESA. Uses PRISM; which is the comprehensive procurement management system for the FAA, to create and amend Purchase Requisitions for the FAA Technical Leases Program for ELSA Real Estate Group. Serves as the Business Services Group MM & P, POC for the Lease Automation processing. Works as back-up to the Store Credit, Field Spares, GOV and Claims Programs. Keeps Team Manager and other employees in MM & P up to date on all transactions and communications essential to team awareness with regards to property.
