I spent the first two decades of my career in the building trades where I worked my way up from laborer to project manager, gaining a wealth of experience in customer service, troubleshooting and management. In 2019 I began my technical training for information and cyber security where I found my true calling. I leverage my years of experience dealing with often difficult customers and the business acumen I developed as a project manager into the world of information technology. I thrive in a team environment as well as on my own and am capable of calmly dealing with multiple projects concurrently.
