I am an enterprise Engineering Leader with notable experience transforming food / beverage organizations. I am skilled in executive leadership, developing high performance organizations, coaching / mentoring personnel, and leveraging technology as a business advantage. I also excel in project, process, data, and construction management along with digitalization, process modeling, engineering specifications, and greenfield / brownfield strategic initiatives. My largest greenfield project was a $675 million, highly process oriented, new production site I have directed the work of 14 sites throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico while developing capital funds agenda and collaborating with each plant leader to establish new strategic long-range plans. I earned an MS in Operations Management and a BS in Systems Engineering. I also have distinguished leadership service in the US Navy.
