With a strong foundation in educational leadership, curriculum development, and a commitment to lifelong learning, I\'ve dedicated my career to shaping tomorrow\'s leaders. Throughout my educational journey, I have embraced the philosophy that each child possesses the ability to make a positive impact. Over more than a decade of working with students, I have both been a part of and witnessed this transformative process. I have provided guidance for academic programs and strategic planning within schools, nurturing an emphasis on comprehensive development that fosters a positive learning environment and enhances community well-being. I\'ve garnered valuable insights into guiding schools and educators in their growth journey. I\'ve served as a school authorization/evaluation leader, workshop leader, examiner, and curriculum review team member. I believe in empowering teachers to impact learning. Through workshops and training, I continue to empower educators to enhance their pedagogical skills.
