I started a career in law enforcement through a series of haphazard life and educational choices. The door was opened for me and now I focus on opening the door for others. I concentrate on improving the law enforcement industry through data, innovation, & leading a competitive team. Currently, I serve as the Chief of Staff at the Charleston Police Department.
