ABOUT ANTHONY GARCIA
2025 Transforming Reentry Systems | Policy Advocacy | Leadership Development As the Director of Reentry Services at LARRP, I lead strategic initiatives to enhance reentry outcomes for justice-impacted individuals. My work focuses on policy reform, systems coordination, and program development, ensuring equitable access to housing, employment, education, and healthcare for those transitioning back into the community. I oversee the LEADERS Training Academy, a leadership development program that empowers system-impacted individuals with the skills to advocate for policy change, engage in civic leadership, and drive systemic reform. Through cross-sector collaboration, I work to bridge service gaps, strengthen community partnerships, and advocate for policies that prioritize rehabilitation and reintegration. With a commitment to evidence-based practices and lived-experience leadership, I strive to create sustainable solutions that address structural barriers to reentry. My goal is to elevate the voices of those most impacted, influence systemic change, and build pathways to long-term success for returning citizens.
