Responsible for organization, direction, and management of all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that require managing Teams of the Mission1st Headquarters and Contractor personnel at multiple locations. Provides overall direction of all program activities. Manages and maintains Contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer organizations. Consults with the customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with the programs, project task schedules, costs and contractual obligations. Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates. Overseeing the successful completion of all assigned tasks and assumes the initiative and provide support to Business Development personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.
