   Technical Program Manager overseeing end-to-end management of a high-profile Additive Manufacturing Account- Driving key activities to meet production goals and shipment requirements. This involves working in cross-functional teams to solve everything from day-to-day manufacturing floor issues to long-term projects aligning with our business goals- Scheduling and leading meetings related to customer specific projects and goals. Meetings are held to drive closure on open actions and discuss further strategy to align with our long-term business goals for the account- Developing and driving key strategic projects for overall improvement of the customer account and operations at our manufacturing facility. This includes developing detailed project plans with established timelines and action lists to track progress- Creating and presenting quarterly business data to internal and customer executive management. Data includes metrics on overall quality, PPV, monthly product attainment, on-time delivery and key account initiatives which can drive future added business and areas of improvement- Managing high level quality related concerns specific to customer specifications, ECO changes and supplier nonconformance- Managing and communicating all pricing changes and quoting to customer. Including quotes of new products, spare parts, maintaining existing product costs, providing purchase price variance reports and overall pricing roll ups for customer approval-Working with Purchasing, Planning, Suppliers, Executive staff and the Customer on cost reduction strategies for the program- Purchase order and sales forecast management to be able to accurately track revenue targets and shipments
