Anthony Fragapane is the managing member of Messina Capital LLC and serves as a consultant for Farragut Investments Inc, Tramlaw Remainderman Limited Partnership, StepStone Real Estate and other clients. Anthony Fragapane has over 28 years of investment and finance experience. Over his career, Mr. Fragapane has worked on over 110 distinct investment or dispositions transactions totaling over $7.6 billion with an average size over $70 million. These transactions involved a total of over 360 real estate assets and 150 non-real estate assets. Projects have taken the form of discretionary commingled fund-raising assignments as well as asset, stock, LLC and partnership/joint venture purchases and sales. Mr. Fragapane acted as principal, issuer advisor, buy-side and sell-side advisor in transactions involving various types of real estate as well as equipment and project finance assets located in the U.S, UK, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia and Japan. Anthony Fragapane serves as Vice President of Farragut Investments Inc. where he is responsible for originating, underwriting, performing due diligence, financing and closing acquisitions and dispositions in real estate and other alternative investments. Mr. Fragapane previously worked for Courtland Partners, Ltd. from July 2016 to November 2017 where he advised institutional investors on commercial real estate investment and is currently Senior Advisor to StepStone Real Estate, the successor to Courtland Partners. Previously, Mr. Fragapane co-founded Farragut Capital LLC, a registered broker dealer that raised $1.25 billion for commingled funds and co-investment vehicles. At Farragut Capital, he managed relationships with clients and institutional investors, conducted track record and organizational due diligence on prospective investment managers, prepared offering and due diligence materials for review by prospective investors, and managed the offering process from initial marketing to the receipt of subscriptions. Prior to Farragut, he served as Vice President of Dana Commercial Credit Corporation where he completed lease, project finance and structured finance transactions. While at Dana, he lived and worked in the U.S. and UK. Mr. Fragapane earned a BA degree in Business Administration with a Finance Major from the University of Toledo in 1994, and a MBA from Bowling Green State University in He also served in the US Marine Corps Reserve.
