ABOUT ANTHONY FOWLER
A leader in Emergency Management (Field Response, Continuity of Operations, Emergency Communications and Risk Management). I have been in the emergency management & field response for 10 years. Currently I am a Continuity Communications Specialist at the United States House of Representatives within the Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Office. Prior to working at the US House & FEMA, I worked for several years in state & local government in various emergency response and emergency communication positions. Providing expertise in public safety communication systems, emergency management planning and Continuity of Operations & government (COOP/COG) planning. I am passionate about the importance of being a voice and leader for people in times of steady state and times of crisis. A personal goal is to build stronger communities by empowering people, and to create opportunities for growth and development in emergency preparedness. By doing so, we will help ensure that our cities can become safer places for all people to live, work, play or visit and at every opportunity, as long as that happens, we keep serving the public.
