ABOUT ANTHONY FIGUEROA

I am a technical support analyst at East West Hospitality, where I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to users and clients, using my IT support skills and knowledge. I am responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, printers, and network devices, as well as resolving help desk tickets, documenting issues and solutions, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers. I have a strong passion for information technology, and I have pursued multiple IT certifications to enhance my skills and qualifications. I hold the CompTIA A+ Certification, which validates my competence in hardware, software, and operating systems. I also completed the Technical Support Fundamentals course from Coursera and the Information Technology Professional course from CourseCareers, which taught me the fundamentals of Microsoft Azure, virtual machines, VPNs, active directory, DNS, and network file shares and permissions. I have demonstrated my IT projects on my GitHub portfolio, which showcases my proficiency in various tools and technologies. My goal is to expand and grow my career in IT, positions where I can leverage my skills and knowledge to help users and clients solve their technical issues and achieve their objectives. I am a fast learner, a problem solver, and a team player, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
