I find it extremely rewarding being able to provide advice to farmers, tenants, and property owners on a wide range of issues. With over 25 years experience in the property sector, I try to take a pragmatic route to solving problems and particularly enjoy the opportunity of negotiating on behalf of my clients on land and property related matters.I am experienced in the provision of complex valuation advice including as an Expert Witness and am also involved in the management of a broad range of residential, agricultural and commercial property.As an Agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation I have been involved in the provision of mortgage finance for a variety of property acquisitions, debt restructures and diversification projects and particularly enjoy the challenge of presenting sometimes complex rural enterprises and situations in a way that is consistent with credit policies.In partnership with my wife, I also operate a modest sheep enterprise in East Sussex.
