Continue my efforts to stay a few steps ahead of the rest. Offer my viewpoints to my network. I tend to think differently and my brain seems to be doing thousands of calculations at one time. I am currently looking to expand with my home preperation business. I am newer to this space but I know exactly what I want to do within it. Prepping the home for maximum exposure and Top Dollar is what energizes me everyday. Since the Corona Virus crisis hit I had to make a major pivot in my professional space. I quickly realized that I was potenstionlly subconsciously preparing for this pivot. I love my garage convention to home office and workshop. My new 20 foot office/tool trailer is awesome. Headache but efficient. I love houses and know how to bring out the best in these important assets. I enjoy working with the owners to help continue with the current vibes or start from scratch. Fix the necessary weak spots so buyers are buying a good home and everyone walks away a winner. Good Product = Top Dollar.
