For those facing chronic illness at any stage, the Pure Healthcare model recasts the concepts of supportive care, chronic disease management, and traditional palliative care into a more streamlined, centralized, and holistic care delivery system. Community-focused supports and concierge services combine with a state of the art ambulatory clinic and inpatient care center to offer comprehensive, individualized support for a wide range of patient and family needs. The new Pure Healthcare Center will open this spring on the campus of Miami Valley Hospital South, providing a first of its kind continuum of care for patients.
