Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the CITS Task Order. Provides technical and administrative supervision and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order, supervises on-going technical efforts, and manages Task Order performance. Using authority granted by the Program Manager to make decisions and commit the contractor’s organization under this Task Order, responsible for resource management; quality, risk, scope, schedule, and communication management; and quality assurance. Provides direction and oversight to team leadership for completion of scheduled meetings, and provide deliverables in accordance with the contract.
