Utilized the NRRE-Business Intelligence and COGNOS applications to perform weekly NTIMS and DRRS Status of Resources Training (SORTS) data pulls developing tailored N7 training readiness reports and briefs for NAVIFOR Staff Department Heads- Assisted in Mission Analysis to analyze commands Naval Mission Essential Task List (NMETL) determining essential tasks- Responsible for developing and implementing Readiness standards across nine Navy Fleet level Maritime Operations Centers, enabling standardization and proficiency analysis of critical Command and Control nodes at the Operational Level of War (OLW)- Conduct intensive Mission Analysis evaluations on Maritime Operation Centers (MOC) and established the MOCs Mission Essential Task list, enabling comprehensive readiness reporting through the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Status of Resource and Training System (SORTS).
