ABOUT ANTHONY ELDER
I am a Chartered Professional Accountant who values continuous learning and undertaking new challenges. I gained my practical work experience with Cenovus Energy where I had the opportunity to be exposed to a wide breadth of finance functions, including: reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, short term investment and foreign exchange trading, capital market analysis, financial statement analysis, revenue entry, and accounts receivable. In July 2017, I accepted the role of Analyst, Finance & Planning at Suncor Energy to support the Chief Sustainability Office in a finance business partner role, expanded the role to include finance support for the Environment, Health & Safety function in July 2018, and transferred to support the Supply, Trading & Optimization function with the implementation of the Midstream Operating Segment in March 2019.
