As Command Center Analysts we are responsible for monitoring performance across all lines of business as well as working closely with other departments on achieving organizational goals and objectives. We identify and track trends, anticipate unexpected obstacles, and report opportunities for improvement in real-time. Our team also facilitates cross-functional communication across company channels and provides up-to-date metrics to our leadership. A critical aspect of this role involves analysis of staffing adherence, forecasting, and optimizing schedules to ensure adequate volume across departments for meeting service level requirements. We collaborate with engineering and operations teams that ensure data integrity, maintain system configurations, and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies reported to analysts by stakeholders.
