ABOUT ANTHONY DRAGISICS
I’ve been building ELOS since college, starting it while playing Division I soccer at Villanova and continuing full-time after graduating. What began as an idea is now a patented performance product and a growing brand, currently sold in 30+ retail doors. I lead finance and operations across the business, owning the work behind the scenes that makes growth possible, from unit economics and pricing to inventory planning, supply chain transitions, paid media oversight, and the financial systems that support scale.Coming from athletics, I’m wired for consistency, adaptability, and execution under pressure. That mindset shapes how I operate, especially when things are uncertain or moving fast. I didn’t take a traditional path out of school. Instead, I stayed in the build, learning how to turn complexity into clear decisions and steady momentum. My focus now is continuing to scale ELOS by building durable infrastructure and products that hold up in the real world.
