This includes overseeing individual and collective training programs, physical fitness training, weapons qualification, and other essential tasks.3. Welfare and Morale:Monitors the welfare and morale of all personnel, ensuring that their needs are met both on and off duty. They address personal and professional concerns, providing support and guidance, or directing Soldiers to appropriate resources.4. Administration and Accountability:Maintain accountability for all personnel, equipment, and sensitive items within the detachment. Oversees administrative tasks, including leave, awards, evaluations, and other personnel actions.5. Mission Readiness:Assess and maintain the detachment’s operational readiness. Identify and address deficiencies in training, equipment, or personnel to ensure that all Soldiers are deployment-ready and meet all medical, dental, and administrative requirements. Coordination with higher headquarters and external agencies is often necessary to support the detachment’s operational needs.6. Communication and Coordination:Liaise with other units, sections, and support elements to coordinate training, logistics, and mission support. Participate in planning sessions and meetings, providing the enlisted perspective on operational plans and decisions
