I facilitate conversations and leadership practice both in team settings and in one on one meetings, guiding young men and women to live a life of meaning. I help foster a person\'s natural ability to make the world a better place and live out their own dreams and aspirations. I am a highly skilled and seasoned administrator who\'s experience ranges from commercial real estate to leadership development at the university level to building two non-profit youth leadership ministries (one which became the first community program for Major League Soccer\'s Los Angeles Football Club). I cultivate relationships with passion and enthusiasm and have a knack for rallying people around a cause that is bigger than themselves.
