Responsible for the warehousing, transportation, distribution and logistics functions for the multi-facility 3PL operations in the USA.• Accountable for day-to-day operations on hazmat and food grade buildings including but not limited to: order picking, order processing and shipping for retail, e-com and drop shipping, receiving, returns, QC/QA, supply chain management, inventory management FIFO, staffing, service quality, operational efficiency, regulatory agencies compliance, and employee safety.• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of performance goals, standards, KPI metrics, short- and long-term strategic plans, compensation structures, operational budgets and programs.• Streamline the most efficient management of company assets, while attaining targeted client satisfaction levels and ensuring SLA and company practices and standards are maintained. As well as onboarding new customers with full warehouse moves, building configuration layouts, racking erection, WMS integration, equipment attainment for customer needs etc. • Identify opportunities to refine operations methods, processes and engineered standards for current business needs and future strategic objectives; partners with counterparts across the regional network to develop initiatives for change. Ensure successful execution of new programs consistently across the region.• Identify and execute on synergies and opportunities across multi-site operations, with strong focus on productivity gains and customer service level improvements. Partner with IT and continuous improvement team and customer service team to develop RFP for new projects and potential new customers.
