   Responsible for overseeing the activities of Finance and Accounting in a Bio Pharma Instrument and Reagent technology company focusing on full spectrum cytometry analyzers, sorters, reagents, services, and internet based software (SAAS) enabling expanded research from full panel design to to data acquisition. Brought into the Company to lead a multiphase reorganization and remediation effort to rebuild the Finance team, as well as help guide overall organizational efforts to help improve and implement operational improvements, as well as bringing Cytek to compliance following several years of double and triple digit material deficiencies.
