Provide technical support via email and telephony system for post-sale installations- Assist with the design of Audio and Visual systems for projects of varying sizes such as stadia and hospitality- Assist the sales team in product queries for pre-sales enquiries- Assist in the creation of training material that will be available to customers- When needed cover the customer support of other divisions such a CCTV Surveillance and Intruder in order to maintain a high service level throughout the business- Work with the sals team to ensure they are aware of the best selling products to ensure that sales targets are continuously met- Meet with customers to discuss their AV (Audio Visual) requirements and plan how the business can help them with their projects- Analyse previous cases and projects to identify products that are being sold more and to drive change in sales materials for staff- Creation of training material to help advance the sakes of AV products and services within the business- Taking part and lead meetings wih customers to discuss what AV products are available and the services the AV team can provide- Preconfiguration of IP products in the CCTV and AV division such as cameras, NVR\'s and IP Speakers- Lead internal AV training for sales staff and key accounts teams to help them understand the key fundamentals of AV
