Formulated and Implemented the Short and Long Term Strategic Turnaround plan that resulted in sales growth that exceeded 550% over a five year period for a mid-size Energy Service and Environmental company. Developed and Implemented a Corporate Sale-Leaseback program that resulted in sales increasing from $15 Million to over $65 million in two years for a specialty manufacturing company. Pioneered the treatment of Marcellus Shale wastewater, building Pennsylvania’s largest brine processing business. Demonstrated inaccuracies in the Clean Water Act to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that resulted in the removal of Barium from the national effluent limitations for Centralized Waste Treatment facilities across the county. Negotiated multi-year labor contracts with five different Unions that represented 150 public employees. Successfully Completed Mergers and Acquisitions in Banking, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Service Industries.
