About Anthony Chiovaro
Since I was 18, I’ve been working in the Electrical Distributor/Wholesale field. It\'s what I know. I worked in a control panel shop at 3e until I was encouraged to try sales. The 3e Sales Counter was the best education I ever received. It was truly a crash course schooling by Service Electricians. I learned about the complexities of their trade and wanted to earn their respect. Eventually, I went to Inside Sales where I was taught by some the BEST in the business on Lighting, Switchgear and Commodities. As an Outside Salesman/Account Manager, I continued to learn from Business Owners, Estimators and Project Managers. I was blessed to watch and have a hand in the growth of several customers. After 12 years at 3e, I made the move to Van Meter Inc. This was a great move for myself and my customers. I learned a lot about internal culture, operations and customer experience during my 6 years at Van Meter. I’m now working with Graybar in Des Moines and look forward to my new endeavor!
