Responds to emergent crisis on a national scale in various capacities and situations to include naturaldisasters, civil unrest, protests, active shooters, and hostile terminations. Implemented RCSA fundamentals to gain an immediate positive impact by identifying operational risk and deploying enhancement techniques. Resulting in decreasing open shift hours to 5% from 15%. Physical Risk Mitigation: Deployed to high physical risk situations to conduct situational assessments and deliver RCSA control measures. Partnered with local assets to develop risk mitigation measures and allocate resources to minimize risk. Served as the client facing representative to ensure client objectives were met employing organic resources and strategic partners.Strategic Projects: Recruited by the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness to serve as the Strategic Projects Lead for two projects. Created a guide for employees to reference in the execution of their duties and created a training guide for trainers to follow when training and assessing their direct reports.
