ABOUT ANTHONY CHESSA

Anthony is a Business Development Executive, where he leads strategic initiatives to cultivate and grow client relationships across the Central Florida business community. In his role, Anthony connects organizations with the right professionals to address their business challenges and drives strategies to expand market presence.Before joining Withum in January 2023, Anthony served as a CPA Relationship Manager at ADP, partnering with firms statewide to increase market share and deliver valuable resources to support their clients. He also held a Business Development Manager role at a local CPA firm, where he acted as a liaison between accounting professionals and business owners in medical, legal, and veterinary sectors.Anthony’s career includes experience as a Compliance Consultant, helping businesses in regulated industries develop operational plans, streamline processes, and scale effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance. He also served as Director of Acquisitions for a real estate investment company, focusing on maximizing investor returns, and previously owned and operated a landscaping business. His early career includes several roles in the legal industry, which laid the foundation for his strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Anthony holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
