Primarily serve as “Breach Coach” to organizations who have experienced a data privacy and security incident. I work closely with the victim organization, third-party forensic investigation firms and law enforcement, among other incident response stakeholders, to first contain the incident before determining the nature and scope of the incident. I then counsel the victim organization on any legal or regulatory notification obligations stemming from the incident in line with applicable state, federal, international or industry laws and regulations. In addition, I assist organizations in responding to regulatory investigations which occur subsequent to data privacy and security incidents.
