Responsible for the planning, co-ordination, execution and supervision of asset integrity inspections on various coal and gas power stations, including structures, pressure system static equipment and high integrity pipework inspections. Responsible for providing forward planning for inspections including access and labor requirements. carry out inspections in accordance with the Outage Co-ordination Document (OCD) in a timely and professional manner. Act as an inspector, a point of contact and a liaison between the client Engineers, inspections teams and the Integrity Assessment Engineers. Supporting of day to day operational management and support. Ensuring all inspection reports are fully reviewed for clarity, accuracy and the fulfilment of the work scope has been captured. Ensuring the technicians competence is demonstrable and maintained. Undertaking periodic audit of the technicians to ensure required competence is maintained throughout the outages.Carrying out inspections and compile detailed inspection reports to the condition of the components in accordance with the Outage Co-ordination Document (OCD) and co-ordinate all inspection activities, ensuring regular feedback pre-and post-inspection with Integrity Engineers. Notifying and ensuring prompt notification to the relevant Integrity Engineer & Senior Inspection Engineer of any significant integrity concerns determined from inspections.
