I believe in a good well being of mind and body,a yoga regular for nearly 9 and a half years now,plus cardio work out wkds in the gym,being a 360 op/plant operator for 18 years.it\'s necessary to stay in shape,for me any way,like a social drink for recreation.am a keen chef in the kitchen as I love my food.love to watch the autumn internationals,and six nations fan,big big fan of six nations.although played a lot when younger. Am a skilled experienced 360 operator and I love what I do,I work to the highest of standards no matter how small a job.for any given contractor.I pride my work on quality.worked in the commercial world for 8years now,and been operating machines for 18years now! scope of experience in operations ranges from 2 tonne machines up to 60 tonne,work ratio consists of deep drainage,to new roads,cut and fill,muck aways,fresh digs,strips,loading,shallow & deep drainage,remediation and reinstatement,2 pipeline projects.land and marine,and Murphy’s.concrete shafts and chambers,timber headings.foundations, demolition.earth removal.sheet piling/piling Current status…working.but looking for a good company to call home
