Greetings, I\'m Tony. I am a transitioning military leader and looking forward to the opportunity to connect. Over the past 24 years I have served in progressive leadership positions of increased responsibility attaining the highest enlisted grade in the United States military. I have had the opportunity to lead some exceptional teams achieving excellence in areas of adult and higher education, human resources development and management, organizational learning and development, and logistical planning and operations across tactical to strategic-level enterprises. I am a state-licensed adult educator with an Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction who is passionate about veterans\' advocacy and developing others. I have gained vast skills in curriculum development and assessment, instructional systems theory and design, educational and human performance technologies, industrial improvement, leadership development, and program development and management. As a Certified Workforce Development Professional with military executive leadership and team-building experience, I have acquired the knowledge and skills required to lead and leverage the talents of a diverse workforce. I am capable of influencing and achieving desired results by creating shared understanding and fostering unity of effort among people, processes, and technologies. I consider myself a values-based, loyal, intent-driven, goal-oriented and problem-focused leader capable of developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems. I have attained a Certified Master of Career Services credential and also hold a Master of Arts in Administration and Organizational Development. In addition, I am certified as a Demonstrated Master Logistician. My training, education, and experiences have enabled me to think and act strategically. As an organizational trainer and leader, I enjoy seeking opportunities for consultation and collaboration with educators and workforce development professionals to develop and expose the talents and potential in people, teams, and organizations.
