   Since being promoted to lead North American Sales and Operations for Andros Ingredients, I’ve expanded my focus beyond the U.S. to include Canada and Mexico, overseeing B2B ingredient partnerships across multiple markets. In this executive-level role, I drive the commercial and operational strategy spanning sales performance, procurement, packaging, and R&D collaboration.I’m currently developing a comprehensive R&D and sales performance framework that introduces new pricing models, costing matrices, and procurement efficiencies tailored to diverse client segments. My work bridges sales, sourcing, and product innovation, partnering closely with the Global VP of R&D to align new ingredient formulations and packaging capabilities with evolving consumer and market trends.I also lead international business development and contract negotiations with major CPG and food manufacturing clients across snack bar, bakery, beverage, and hospitality sectors.
