His Team supports clients consisting of not-for-profits, manufacturers, retailers, distributors, professional service firms, contractors of all sorts, transportation and heavy equipment companies.Anthony’s Team focuses on providing innovative financing alternatives to include the use of the U. S. Small Business Administration and the U. S. Department of Agriculture in conjunction with their Rural Development division.His knowledge extends to tax-exempt and taxable bond financing in conjunction with the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation through their affiliate, the Rhode Island Industrial Facilities Corporation. When appropriate he has enhanced certain bond offerings with insurance from the Rhode Island Industrial Recreational Building Authority.As Director of Franchise Lending, Anthony mentors a diverse group of Commercial Bankers with an eye towards growing NIM in addition to deepening SAN’s relationship. A true player coach, Anthony’s high energy and lead by example style has resulted in a very effective highly motivated Team.A Commander in the United States Navy, Anthony has spent the majority of his career in a joint “green” expeditionary environment with the Naval Expeditionary Command’s Naval Costal Warfare Community, Coastal Riverine and Naval Construction (Seabees) Forces generally in support of MARFOR operations.
