Handle confidential and proprietary information on a daily basis. Maintain personnel, compensation, and MSA files for corporate employees. Plan and conduct employee and new hire orientation meetings. Promote positive employee relations, interfaces with the staff as appropriate, and assists with management in the resolution of employee problems by assuring appropriate HR policies are adhered to. Responsible for the administration of the performance review process ensuring that reviews are prepared for timely administration and follows up with the manager on late reviews. Administer all payroll changes for both current employees and new hires in the HRIS system and ensures that all data is entered accurately and timely for the payroll cycles. Serve as a resource to employees in the benefits administration area by researching and resolving employee questions and/or problems and ensuring information and supplies are up-to-date. Gather information required for legal/human resources matters. Also may represent company at personnel related hearings and investigations. Advise management on personnel procedures and policies.
