This has made the interior decorating business more lucrative than ever. Whether you want to train for a career or fix up your own home, the College\'s Interior Decorating courses will give you the confidence and insight to turn your ideas into reality.I am currently instructing an introductory Building Code course for \'designers\'. Topics include the general requirements for permits and processes, including applicants\' obligations. Study the Building Code articles that are most relevant to interior minimum requirements, from construction to occupancy. Examine the certification requirements related to the Building Code Act, 1992. For fun we also learn how to design a beam using Building Code information and review some Electrical Safety Code requirements.
