ABOUT ANTHONY BEZICH

I\'m a versatile education and training professional who created and directed innovative learning projects and programs for diverse private and public agencies including: • Project Moonbase Alpha, a project-based learning program which taught adult-level skills in project management, communications, and teamwork to high school students. • A simulated World War battlefield for the U.S. Army for tactical, technical, and emergency management training. I\'m a problem-solver who analyzes and solves organizational problems. During an institutional crisis, I quickly created policies and procedures for a logistics organization with 2,700 employees. I drew on my practical experience at the operational level to craft directives that were easily understood and immediately implemented at all levels. These directives were quickly adopted by our parent organization (facing the same dilemma) which had dozens of operating divisions, employees, and a billion dollar inventory. As a local operations supervisor for a government agency, I managed organizational change and restored morale and productivity to a local branch with a history of interpersonal conflict and corruption. Transition challenges included death threats against staff members. My experience also includes: • Training management, technical instruction, and teaching in diverse public and private sector organizations. • Teaching aerospace science, radiation safety, workplace safety, mathematics, and social sciences. • Creating course curricula, lesson plans, handouts, examinations, and audio-visual materials based on institutional needs and regulatory standards. • Program management of educational and training programs for organizations with 120 to over personnel. • Researching and developing plans, policies, and procedures for multi-divisional organizations (sometimes rapidly because of a crisis or compliance problems). • Research, writing, and presentations for diverse audiences, both lay and professional. • Business and technical communications for government, non-profits, and small businesses. • Project management and supervision of non-destructive testing for the U.S. Department of Defense.
