Anthony worked with the M&A tax practice in Chicago for 10+ years prior to his move to Seattle where he leads the firm’s M&A Tax practice in the Pacific Northwest.Since joining the M&A Tax practice, Anthony has provided tax structuring and tax due diligence services for numerous domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity and strategic buyers. Anthony specializes in assisting clients in calculating ownership shift percentages pursuant to Section 382 and applicable net operating loss limitations and has gained considerable experience in helping clients with calculating their year-to-date earnings and profits and stock basis in subsidiaries.
