Managing test human and financial resources in a fast-paced and productive Agile environment, specifically for their customer relationship management and data analytics software. • Consistently and successfully managing deployments on time, with negligible severity/priority issues remaining. Testing includes: Functional, API (Postman and others), Performance, Load, Mobile and Browser, Accessibility, Penetration and Security, Regression, User Acceptance (UAT).• Effective communication and collaboration with Business Analysts (BAs), Developers, Infrastructure, Deployment, Project Management teams in ensuring test deliverables are planned and ultimately met.• Providing concise updates at Project Boards together with test documentation - Impact Assessments, Test Completion Reports, Test Schedules, Test Status Reports to stakeholders, including management team. • Driving collaboration to ensure harmony of teams across multiple continents and time zones.• Effectively managing, teaching and assisting resources to undertake application testing.• Championing learning environments and commitments of finance for tools to drive greater skillset and engagement with development team.• Taking a lead position (including testing) in utilising AI to improve working processes and product offerings.• Proactively recommending and implementing improvements to the software development life cycle (SDLC).
