Anthony Atala is a seasoned attorney handling a wide range of insurance claims. After more than a decade defending insurance companies and their insurers, Anthony joined Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers representing those who have suffered injuries. In 2024, having spent more than a decade representing insurance carriers, Anthony decided to use his knowledge and skills to represent those injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. Anthony handles cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and slip and falls. Using his vast knowledge of the insurance industry, Anthony meticulously handles cases to achieve the best possible resolution for his clients.In addition to his legal practice, Anthony serves on the Audit and Budget Advisory Committee for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. He previously served as a Community Council Member in Miami-Dade County. He is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, where he was a LEADS Class 2 Fellow and New Member of the year in 2024, the Miami Lakes Bar Association, and the Spanish American League Against Discrimination (SALAD).
