ABOUT ANTHONY ARREOLA
I have been in the restaurant industry for 13 years starting as a server and working my way up into management. Worked with my General Manager to build Canes 244 from a new restaurant opening into a training restaurant and then a certified training restaurant. We finished 2018 as the number 7 overall restaurant in the company out of over 400 restaurants, and had the fastest Speed of service time in the company for Q3. I was promoted P4 of 2019 and took over a struggling restaurant, since taking over we have went from 39 crewmembers to 60, improved our SOS from 3:30s to 2:30s, and have seen an increase in sales, customer satisfaction and learning and development. I am always looking to build myself into the next position and continuing to strive for success! I was promoted to Restaurant Leader of Raising Canes 242 in April of 2019. Was accepted into the Restaurant Partner Class of 2021 and graduated the Restaurant Partner Class in January of 2022. I manage anywhere from 80-90 Crewmembers, 6 Shift managers, and 2 Operations Managers.
