As a Civil Engineer for the Ryan A+E department I manage projects, design features of a project site and lead the design team in getting the project approved through the required jurisdictional entities. Design features include utility layouts, storm water designs (ponds, storm sewers, infiltration basins), grading and drainage and traffic designs (parking lot layouts, loading docks, truck movements). The site components are designed to ADA standards, city codes, and watershed requirements as needed while meeting the requests of the project owners. I also participate in coordination meetings with owners, architects, landscape architects, engineers, and the Ryan Construction department.
