   Perform daily cash application of customer payments against open invoices in Oracle or other ERP systems.2. Match incoming payments to invoices based on remittance advice, ensuring correct allocation by customer, currency, and legal entity.3. Investigate and resolve unapplied payments, short payments, overpayments, and unidentified receipts in a timely manner.4. Reconcile daily bank transactions with AR balances to ensure accuracy in accounting.5. Perform periodic bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts, currencies, and entities, and resolve discrepancies as needed.6. Coordinate with Billing, Collections, and Customer Service teams to resolve remittance and payment mismatches.7. Support month-end AR closing activities including reconciliations, ageing analysis, and MIS reporting.8. Monitor and review bank activity regularly to ensure timely and correct application of funds.9. Escalate issues related to payment misapplication or customer disputes in line with standard processes.10. Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives related to cash application and reconciliation.11. Assist with audit requests (internal/external) for AR and cash application functions.
