Workplace Design Lead for 12 -15 projects per year across the APAC region • Regional PMO to support future office transformation projects across the Unilever portfolio in APAC • Work closely with the DXP Global Lead, Real Estate and Service Delivery teams including other partners both internally and externally • Manage projects as a trusted advisor in all stages of the project life cycle from discovery through to post-occupancy evaluation • Review block and stack, evaluate test-fit layouts and facilitate concept and design workshops, contribute to value engineering • Mobilize utilization studies, workplace performance surveys and post occupancy evaluations • Develop workplace strategic briefs for projects and deployment based on the curated UL workplace design standards to provide a holistic experience for the employees • Drive Unilever objectives of diversity and inclusion, sustainability, health and safety, security, wellbeing, technology, furniture, fixtures and equipment, branding, among others • Project Governance – develop and issue project schedule and track progress report • Project Benchmark data - collect and maintain • Building Capex budgets to support business cases and keep track of budgets Projects: 2023: Bangalore UniOps : Future of the Office build – Concept, Design, Fitout project 2023: Sri Lanka HO Relocation : Exploring Opportunity for Lease/Buy/Built to suit 2022: Bangladesh HO: Futuristic Workplace conceptualization, Construction and Fit out project
