ABOUT ANTONIO GRASSO

I am an independent technologist, author, speaker, and Global B2B Thought Leader exploring how AI and digital transformation can serve people, organizations, and society. Since starting my career in 1983, I have witnessed the evolution of information technology from its early business adoption to today’s AI-driven transformation. My path began in software programming and grew through analysis, software and systems architecture, team leadership, and program management across private companies and public sector organizations. This technical journey shaped a clear belief: technology creates lasting value when it improves human life, strengthens trust, and supports more inclusive and sustainable progress. Across my professional social media presence, I share daily insights on AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies for a global business audience of leaders, executives, and decision-makers. My goal is to translate technological complexity into strategic clarity, helping people understand opportunities, risks, and societal impact with depth, balance, and human perspective. My work connects industry, institutions, and global business communities. I have collaborated with companies such as Intel, Siemens, IBM, Huawei, SAP, AWS, BCG, T-Mobile, Panasonic, and Swiss Re, among other global organizations, while also contributing to European Commission initiatives including Next Generation Internet and AI4EU. In these collaborations, I maintain my independent editorial judgment, my own voice, and a responsibility toward the professional community that follows my work. I also serve as an Accredited Global Mentor for startups and scaleups through the World Business Angels Investment Forum, a partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion. In 2024, I was granted a patent in the field of generative AI for a method and system that autonomously generates infographics from text using neural networks. I am also the author of Toward a Post-Digital Society – Where Digital Evolution Meets People’s Revolution, a book that explores how AI, blockchain, Web3, and digital technologies intersect with social transformation, business models, and long-term resilience. Beyond my work in technology thought leadership, my broader commitment is to social equity, knowledge access, and inclusive progress. Through agrassoblog.org, I support a nonprofit, mission-driven initiative that uses social media to democratize knowledge, foster entrepreneurial empowerment, and create learning opportunities for people in developing countries.
