Main duties and responsibilities- Matchday administration and operations management (both first team and academy) – ensuring all match logistic requirements are met, liaison with the opposing teams and the FA officials, submission of team sheets and post-match forms into COMET system- Producing weekly, monthly and yearly scheduling of the Academy Programme- Coordinating international friendly fixtures and tournaments, filling and sending formal requests for approvals to host international friendly fixtures or participate in international friendly fixtures/tournaments to the Croatian FA- Travel and visa management, ensuring all travel logistics - accommodation arrangements for both domestic and international away travels, checking visa regimes for each country for international travels, applying for visas at relevant Embassies when and where necessary - Raising and managing POs and invoices- Working with the Head of Operations on setting budgets and KPIs to each sector- Led and managed the team in the club’s Licensing processes for the seasons 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24, obtained and submitted all documentation regarding the fulfilment of 7 areas of criteria: Administrative, sporting, legal, infrastructural, social responosibility, safeguarding and financial criteria- Responsible for all players’ work and residence permits issuance/renewals, obtaining and submission of all necessary documentation and filling the forms in time
