My career began with a simple curiosity: how finance, trade, and logistics shape the way businesses grow and economies connect. That curiosity turned into a profession, and over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of building my journey from a Management Trainee to General Manager & Vertical Head.Along the way, I have led diverse teams, launched new verticals, and scaled businesses across international markets. From establishing international road logistics movements to building global LCL (Less-than-Container Load) import and export capabilities, I’ve learned that growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about strategy, collaboration, and the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving world.My foundation in finance (BBA in Finance, Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune) has always shaped the way I approach challenges. I tend to see business not only as an opportunity to expand but also as a system to optimize—balancing efficiency with innovation, and strategy with execution.A defining moment in my journey was being awarded the TF-Learn 100% Scholarship at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where I was recognized among the Top 50 Young Leaders in Asia. That experience deepened my perspective on leadership—not as a position, but as an opportunity to inspire, transform, and create value beyond immediate results.Outside of work, I’ve always believed that growth must be holistic. Representing at national-level Model United Nations (MUNs) gave me a platform to sharpen my diplomacy, public speaking, and negotiation skills. Sports, on the other hand, grounded me with discipline, teamwork, and resilience. These experiences continue to influence how I lead teams—balancing competitiveness with empathy, and ambition with collaboration.Today, I bring together my background in finance, logistics, and business development with a proven track record of building businesses and leading people. What drives me is the challenge of transforming supply chains into growth engines, creating opportunities in global trade, and delivering value to stakeholders.As I look ahead, I remain passionate about contributing to the future of logistics and international business—building organizations that thrive in complexity, empower people, and achieve sustainable impact.
