As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, I support autistic individuals in preparing for, finding, and thriving in meaningful employment. My work focuses on building inclusive pathways by working directly with clients and employers. I facilitate employment readiness workshops that cover topics like workplace communication, job searching, and interview skills. I offer one-on-one employment support tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and challenges. In my role as a job coach, I assist with onboarding, workplace integration, and ongoing support for both clients and employers. I supervise temporary staff—many of whom are also our clients—ensuring they have the guidance and support needed to succeed in their roles. I also handle reporting, documentation, and communication with employers to help create and maintain inclusive work environments.I’m committed to advocating for neurodiverse talent and helping build more understanding, accessible workplaces.
